When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the start of the subscription and then every month thereafter until your subscription is canceled. You can manage your subscription in your Account Settings menu.
What do I do if my card is declined?
We use Stripe™ for our credit card transaction processing, and although we work with all the available credit card networks, occasionally there will be trouble with a particular network. Please let our customer support team know and we will do the best we can to accommodate your card.
When can I cancel?
You can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time. Your subscription will expire at the end of the current period instead of renewing.
Do you accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies for payment?
Though we prefer to use automated credit card processing, we may make accommodations for customers that are outside of Stripe™ availability and wish to pay with Bitcoin. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
